What does billFLO seller do?
billFLO seller enables businesses to send computer readable billFLO invoices to their customers via email. The customer can import the billFLO invoice straight into their accounting system using billFLO buyer. What does my customer see? Your customer receives an email with two files attached; the computer readable billFLO invoice and a PDF invoice. If your customer has billFLO buyer, they can import the billFLO invoice straight away. If your customer doesn't have billFLO buyer, they can download it for free or use the PDF invoice to manually enter the data into their accounting system. How does billFLO seller work? billFLO seller talks to your accounting system to create the email for your customer. It attaches the billFLO invoice and PDF invoice and sends it to your customer based on the contact information in your accounting system.

How does billFLO work with my Accounting System? billFLO seller is designed to work with your accounting system and the way you run your business. billFLO seller comes in web-based and desktop version to match your accounting system. Invoices are created as usual in your accounting system. When you are ready to send your invoices, you tell billFLO which invoices to send. billFLO takes care of creating the billFLO invoice, PDF invoice and sending the email to your customer.

Does billFLO store any of my data? For online versions of billFLO seller, the credentials needed for our servers to talk to your accounting system are stored on our servers. They are stored using industry standard 256 bit encryption. Your invoice information is available to our servers while you are logged in to billFLO seller, but we do not permanently store any of the data. We do track general usage patterns of our software which we use to improve the product. How do I install billFLO seller? If you're using billFLO with an online accounting application, you simply sign up for a free billFLO seller account and no installation is required. For desktop versions of billFLO seller, installation is quick and easy. If you've installed software before the process will be familiar.
