Once an invoice is sent, billFLO predicts the payment date for the invoice based on payment history for that customer and, if the customer is also using billFLO, it uses data on where the invoice is in the customer’s approval cycle to predict payment. The end result is now you have real time insight into your cash inflows.


Expense Reports Mobile App

With billFLO’s Expense Reporting Mobile App, all employees that submit expenses (i.e., sales reps, consultants, etc.) can simply take a picture of their receipts and remotely upload them to the company’s billFLO account to automatically submit expense reports for approval.
