Is there a free account?

Yes, after 30 days trial accounts convert to a fully functional Free, 1 power user, 2MB storage limited account.

What’s an employee module?

You can pick and choose what functionality your employee’s need. Some employees need to submit expense reports and others need to be able to approve bills? No problem, assign only the employee modules you want for each employee. The employee Modules are Expense Reporting, Bill Approval and Payment Approval.

What’s a finance user?

The finance or admin user is usually responsible for accounting and finance within your company. The finance role has access to the Dashboard, Receivables, Payables, Cash and the Administration Console. They can send invoices, manage incoming bills & expense reports, send them for approval and payment approval and expense, manage cash-flow and import data into the accounting system.

Is there a limit on transactions?

No, you can have as many transactions and documents stored in billFLO within your storage limit.

Can I connect my systems to billFLO?

Yes, you can connect unlimited supported systems to billFLO including Quickbooks, Harvest, Paypal and Blinksale.
